PS5 Free TV Portal Design
For this project I was responsible for designing a Free TV top menu section for PS5. Users will be able to watch free live and on demand TV powered by Pluto TV from within their PS5 gaming console.

The team was tasked with exploring how to integrate Pluto TV into the PS5 ecosystem at the highest level. Currently Pluto TV sits alongside other streaming services in the media section. The Sony representatives wanted a view where users could directly interact with free TV highlighting Sony branded content.
The primary challenge was to integrate into the PS5 design system while maintaining the Pluto TV brand language.
Ideation
For this project we wanted to fit nicely into the PS5 menu system. I designed buttons representing Live TV and On Demand content as sub-menu items that reflect the simplicity of Pluto TV and the dynamism of the PS5 ecosystem. The “Always On” player was designed to allow the user to continue casually watching content as they explore different content. The category buttons were also adjusted to fit the PS5 ecosystem.
