Problem Space
The business wanted to explore ways to optimize the commercial quoting experience on web. When users go to complete a quote, they must enter or select a lot of details about their business. Without guidance we found that it was unclear to many users which options to select.
Ideation
I proposed the user should be able to filter their selections from the top down, allowing them to select larger categories of data first and drill into their details.
